  • How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
    We offer Both Standard and Express Delivery in Australia. A flat rate shipping of $10 or express shipping for $15,95 is available at the checkout. Free delivery is automatically provided for all orders over $100. Orders are processed within 1 - 3 working days and standard delivery is normally within 3 - 6 business days and express delivery between 1-3 business days.​ Currently shipping estimates may vary due to unprecedented demand during Covid and therefore can not guarantee delivery dates. We are happy to post worldwide. Please contact us for any questions regarding postage outside of Australia.

  • Is the sizing accurate?
    As with all clothing ranges, there are differences with sizes and brands. We are happy to advise you on sizing by popping us an email query before you place an order. Where possible, we mention the sizing in the description. Please remember that children's clothing and particulalry baby clothing, is usually a bit big to start, about right for a while and a bit snug at the end! We do our best to recommend sizes to allow for growth and value for money.

Eternal Creation are Australian designed clothes, all hand made at the Fair Trade Himalayan Himalayan Tailoring Centre. Eternal Creation is a member of the Fair Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand.

    Please forward your shipping address and items you wish to purchase to info@zoomonkeys.com.au and we will provide a quote for postage to your destination based on weight.
