SHIPPING POLICY
We offer Both Standard and Express Delivery in Australia. Shipping costs are available for $10 Standard Delivery and $15.95 for Express Delivery. Free Delivery is automatically offered for all orders over $85.

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 working days and standard deliveries are normally delivered within 3 - 6 business days. Currently, delivery times may be delayed and express delivery can not be guaranteed due to delays caused by the current pandemic.

We are happy to post worldwide. Please contact us for any questions regarding postage outside of Australia before placing your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items will be dispatched when payment has been received. Items may be refunded if they are not suitable less postage if they are returned with tags, unused within 14 days of purchase. Sale, Reduced Price items or Clearance Items will not be refunded.
If you wish to exchange an item for any shipped orders for a different size, different color, or different item, please contact us at info@zoomonkeys.com.au . An additional postage fee will apply for exchanged items.
Promotional or discounted item will be refunded proportionally instead of full price.
